I've never tried on dresses before, do I need to know exactly what kind of dress I am looking for before coming in?
Definitely not. Finding your wedding gown is a process and trying on different silhouettes and styles can help you narrow down what you are looking for. It can be helpful for you to share pictures of ideas or styles that you like for our Bridal Stylists to help understand your vision.
How long does it take to order a bridal gown?
Bridal gown orders typically take anywhere from 4 to 6 months to arrive on a regular order but the actual delivery time will depend on the designer. Rush options are typically available for an additional fee, and costs and delivery times will vary with each designer.
When do I need to start alterations and do I need an appointment for that?
An appointment is required for alterations so that we can be sure that our seamstress is available to do your fitting. The first fitting appointment is typically done approximately 2 months before the wedding and the final fitting is typically done 1 to 2 weeks before the wedding. Please be sure to call or email us at least 2 to 3 months before the wedding so that we can schedule a time that is convenient for you.
