Dear Pebbles Bridal Family~

We are wholeheartedly committed to the health and safety of our customers and staff and will continue to keep our doors open only as long as it is safe to do so. We understand these are difficult times and we realize the importance of following the safety guidelines and recommendations by the CDC and our federal, state, and local governments to keep our communities safe.  We also understand how important your wedding day is for you, and we will do everything we can to continue to serve you while taking into account these guidelines and recommendations. These are the ways we can continue to serve you while keeping our customers and staff safe:

 

Appointments~  

For the first time in nearly 24 years of business we will be transitioning to appointments only.  Although we have always love the ease and convenience of being "walk-in only" we must do our part in keeping the number of people in our store to a minimum.  This is temporary.  We promise.  

Scheduling~

Bridal appointments will be 75 minutes long.  Usually we believe in "the more the merrier" but now we must limit the number of guests that each bride brings to 2 people.  Please ask anyone that is not feeling well to stay home.  If anyone is showing visible signs of illness they will be asked to leave.  Also, please leave your children at home for these appointments.  

Upon Entering~

We are committed to the health of everyone that walks through our doors.  Upon entering, each member of your party will be asked to wash their hands.  All staff members will wash their hands before, during, and after each appointment.  We will also be cleaning and sanitizing the entire store throughout each day.  We also ask the bride's guests to remain in their consultant's section for the duration of the appointment.

Gown Pickup~

We will also be requiring appointments for brides to pickup their gowns that have already been ordered with us.  Brides will be welcome to try on their gowns upon pickup but will be limited to bringing only 2 people with her to pick up her gown.  

Optional Curbside Pickup~

If you have merchandise with us but prefer to not enter the store we can happily deliver it to you curbside.  Please call us to let us know when you are on your way and we will prepare your merchandise.  Call us again when you are outside and we will have it walked out to your car.

At Pebbles Bridal we have had a long standing commitment to serving our brides and their friends and families with the very best of everything.  These changes are just temporary and we will continue to monitor and update the situation as necessary.  We love our brides and though everything may seem complicated, stressful, and uncertain, one thing will stay the same.  We are here for you.  Please reach out to us with any questions.
